It looks like there is a Classic Soft Trim installer about 25 mi from where I live. I'm not sure if they repair just parts of a seat though, because on their website it looked more like replacing whole seats. But I'm thankful that you let me know about this place. I have to just repair for now and see if I can do that Classic Soft when my Summer Vacation starts. Can't leave a G35 injured!!! Thanks everyone for the feedback and help.

No problem. It will probably depend on how big the rip is whether repairable vs. replaceable. I'm pretty sure classic soft trim has a dark charcoal that is same color as stock. Good luck.
