After reading countless threads bashing our G coupe, both on here and on another website, thought I'd start a more pleaseant one. I was a longtime lurker because I own a 2K SE Max that is built like a rock. Hadn't really had the need or desire for commitment to buy a new car. Even though I've loved the G since it first came out. Rode in a friends 2K3 coupe and as much as I loved the exterior, the power and the roar of the 3.5, the crappy interior did not impress me. Well, just bought my car (a 2K6 6mt. IP)about six months ago, so, I've only driven it about 2K miles.
I love, the sound of the engine, even with the stock exhaust and intake, only a z-tube has been installed. I love the nice supple leather, and the 19's are hella sexy. I just love going into the garage and checking it out at night. The thing I just love the most is driving it. So, wadda ya say guys? Instead of trashing our Japanese 911, let's log on here what we like the most about it.

I like everything about mine, except the stereo / speakers. They die out on me too much.

 

There are many many pros to the coupe my friend. Too many to list. Its just that the cons people pay attention to more. I promise you that you will have more responses if you write up a cons list.
But your pros list is good!

 

I love the car for what it is, a sporty but refined 2+2 sports coupe with a good amount of power and balance to start with and a great potential to be much more.

 

i love my cars torque. it was good before (04 non revup) but now its great! (stillen stg. 2). ive had it since 2004 and its still a head turner. looks better than 90% of the cars on the road. thats what i love most bout my coupe...the interior can look dated, but damn the exterior is still sexy as hell. and honestly, its hard for me to find a car that looks as wicked on a nice set of rims. ok after all this talk, im gonna go for a drive!

 

oh yeah one more thing, too really appreciate how gorgeous the coupe is, you gotto see your g being driven. its not the same when you see other g's on the road, you have to have someone else drive your car and let yourself take it in.

the g35's exterior is a timeless design...the lines are just SEXY!!..i love my G so much..even though my car is stock i still turn heads...gotta love that...

 

base pontential explains the G in a nutshell. Heavily modded cars rarely look as good as even a stock G. I still get stares all the time, even in LA, when I drive the G. My greddy evo with test pipes is a somewhat unique low rumble so maybe that helps

The car really is a timeless design, doesnt lokk outdated in the slightest. I dont like the direction that a lot of cars are going...market goes round to square to bubbly again.
