TY! I know I'm odd, but I actually prefer the flush look vs the raised 06+ taillights protruding look.

You drive an 06 coupe so you'd be the man to ask these q's too:
-Is it true that the 06+ seats have a seat belt holder recessed (as in built into) into the side upper part of the seat? I have a pic if you want to see what I'm talkin about. but instead of reaching behind the seat like on most 05's and below it's simply right above the drivers left shoulder..

- Is it true that the Nav pops up automatically if you left it up when turning car off? and when turning car off the nav closes automatically?

-Is it true that the 06 coupe premie package has memory seats that not only memorize the seating position but also the side view mirrors and electroni sterring wheel? If so does it also recognize the telescopic function if say my gf has it all the way in and I have steering wheel all the way out in my setting?

-Is it true the 06 headlights no longer have that neat lil parking light feature on the outside of the headlight... that little strip where a light sits on top shining down, like in the 05's and below... I have pic if you want to see what I'm talkin about

-Is it true that when the sunroof opens a wind deflector sorta thing slightly pops up to deter heavy wind from entering the cabin?

-Personal question... I test drove a 05 g coupe last night. with sports package. The steering wheel on the lowest setting as in as low to my knees as possible and my seat was on the lowest setting as well cause I'm 6ft 3 and still only had about an inch of room above my head, the back part of the seat was raised to almost 90 degrees (as thats how I drive--- I don't sit way back like i'm a pimp or anything.. lol) And the whole feel of the position was just awkward cause the steering wheel was still so high for me. I'm so use to my 2005 Acura RSX Type-S's little steering wheel that sits just barely above my knees that allows me to very comfortably rest my hand on the center top of it... I just felt like a old lady with my hand in the 9/10 oclock region of the steering wheel. Did they cure this (what I'd call issue) for the 06+ coupes?
I know there were some slight interior revisions for the 06+ but I can't find one ounce of info on these revisions. Wish I could go to a G meet here locally but I live in Arkansas and there are hardly any G's here.

-Lastly, as I asked Joker this same question.... No, I haven't searched for this answer yet either but figured an 06 owner may know off the top of their head.... Every 2006-7 G I've been lookin at on autotrader has the aero package... with that said they all look like they have splash guard option... I keep seeing these bulges behind the wheels of every car. Here is a pic of Jokers white 2005 G35 coupe...

See that bulge behind the front wheels?

And here behind the rear tires is another one... you can tell by the not flush lines leading to the rear bumper

The 05 I drove last night had the same thing. Looking closely at the fender line it looks as if they can be unscrewed and taken off which I'd like to do to make it look more even looking and like this cars lines appear in my attachment...

^Notice how there are no lines behind the rear tire. Everything is flush back there? No not just cause it's black. Look hard.

Does anyone have any side by side pics of a 2006-2007 coupe (not 05's or lower) from a meet or from a photoshoot with a buddy or anything like that? That can point out the difference between an aero package and non aero package and what the splash guards look like?

****SEARCHING OWNS****Update on the aero package questions I have, found some literature that even owners may find interesting.
I'm gonna read through here a lil more and find out for sure then come back and answer my own question:
here are links to literature.

The side sill on the 06+ sport package have a different shape making it go down more instead of straight the whole way like 03-05. Compare my car to the white 05 above this post.

yes 06+ got seat belt holders so you dont have to reach behind the seat to grab the belt.

1.Unfortunatly I cant answer any questions about the navigation because I dont have that in my car.

2.As far as seat memory I believe it remembers seat position and steering wheel position not sure about mirrors.

3. No there is no more parking light side strip thing with the 06+ projectors. It just a shiny chrome strip which I like.

4. There is a wind deflector but I dont know if that changed much because even my '03 G35 sedan had the defelector that popped up, so i was not aware of coupes older then 06 not having this.

5. seating position im not sure what you mean. Feels about the same as my '03 sedan but thats all I can compare to.

The chrome button is so small it isn't that noticeable. But thats just my thought.
I dont have an 06 coupe yet, but thats what im looking for 06-07, and yes that silver thing is a trunk release. I got my info via doing research like you.

I have an 07 and i have the same thing but they are TERRIBLE at keeping the seatbelt inside of it. To keep it in there, when unbuckling your seatbelt, hold it and bring it up to the part that holds it. If you just unbuckle and let it go, it will fly out of the holder and go behind the seat.

I noticed having the seats a little further away from the actual belt retractor on the car it tends to stay in. i haven't had any issues but i know my friend likes to ride with the seat "gangster" and the belt pops out alot.

Smile

Hi, well i have an 06 Coupe,

And I have to agree, the seatbelt holders can be nice, but it seems the seat belts always wants to get out of there when you unbuckle.

Memory Seats and steering are a option available (which i dont have)

Also Bluetooth intergration is NOT standard ( i dont have it)

Projectors are Bi-Xenon and have a chrome side strip instead of the light.

The chrome button open the trunk, but does not work if the car is locked
(which makes sense right lol)

Also all 04 + model are pre-wired for Satellite Radio (XM or Sirius)
Its an easy OEM install.

Sunroof is also very silence.

Anything else feel free to ask!

Did some more research, and it appears that the sport model did not come standard with splash guards (some did, some didnt) appears it was an option like floor mats.

They are cheap though.
