It probably should...but that does not mean it will. I always thought the climate control in our G's were "wannabe" dual climate controls anyways. Mine has never operated independtly from the other, but it appears as though they should.

(if that makes any sense) My car does have to premium package so I am thinking it probably should.
Well I just got a call back from the Infiniti dealer and they are basically saying that the reason my steering wheel controls do not work is because they were modified when the aftermarket stereo was installed. He also said that my car SHOULD in fact have dual-climate control.
He then went on to explain that this was not covered under warranty and that I would have to pay for them to fix the wires.
He said that it would cost $260 to fix the wiring and $1040 to replace the stereo and give me back my dual climate control. I told him that there was no way I was going to pay that much to have it done, if anything else, I will try to solder on the button like everyone on here is saying. He then said that he will do the work for the steering wheel controls for 1/2 the cost for me. I am still waiting on a call back from the original place I bought the car from to see what they are going to do about the whole situation as it is mostly their fault and they should be footing the bill for this. We shall see what happens.
