Going to LA from Oregon, 12hrs of driving, what should I check before I leave?

Check the air pressure in your spare tire, that's often neglected. One time I got a flat when I was driving my girlfriend's (now wife) car to socal on a roadtrip... I put the spare on, and noticed the spare was flat too

What I'd check....!

You just had an oil change so that's cool, check all your fluids and tire pressure....full tank of gas and you're good to go. Have your service done
when you return. Probably not a bad idea to stop at some of the McDonalds
mentioned above, I have....HAHA Strange how most of us stop at some of
the same places making this trip!

i actually just went to Nissan dealership and done with the 60000 miles service..it costs me 620, cuz they also changed the belts for me ..

it took me about 13 hrs actually...I love the sunshine in LA..

Check tires pressure check tread level on tires
Check all fulids, engine, brake, transmisson, radiator make sure they are full etc
Air filter make sure they are clean replace if they are dirty.
