I was driving home from work and a 94 silverado T- boned my side!!!. Nothing happened to him unfortunately. Anyways, this is my first wreck, I called a claim to his insurance. The Insurance representative called me on Monday, but I missed his call I've been trying to contact him and he hasn't returned my calls and E-mails. Is there anything I can do? The accident happened last Friday. I Pissed off. I don't know when my car is going to get fixed. How long does it take from when you file a Claim to getting your car fixed take? Has anyone heard or has had Experience with Dairyland Insurance? Thats his Insurance Company. I know it sounds fake but I checked it out, its Legit!! Thanks for the help

Damn, best of luck to you. Hope it all turns out okay in the end, as for the INS guy, keep calling that Fu(k til you get some answer's. When my car was hit, my INS paid for it and went after his company to get reimburrsed. Just an idea to look at also.

 

Thanks,I forgot to mention that, they had just installed my new motor, the week before and I only had 300 miles on the car.!!!! From warranty for the Oil consumption problem.

Call your OWN insurance company to report the accident. You are supposed to do that regardless of who was at fault. Your insurance company will take care of you and then go after the other party. You pay them all this money. Make them do the leg work.
