I'm not too big on more power considering I used to drive a civic, the G has plenty of power to suit my needs. Rims and a drop is all I have so far and I'm just glad I got it for a good price otherwise I wouldn't have bought it.

I went with the Wilwood 6/pot 14" & 4/pot 13" in red.
Fronts just came in/waiting for 1st week in April for rears.
great deal from http://www.tceperformanceproducts.com/newsarchive.html
I could not justify the cost of stop tech or AP for my needs.

It came like that from the guy I bought the car from. I dont like the black caliper on the front so I was thinking on changing the entire set up...or maybe just buy a set for the back and get all four calipers painted the color I want...just a thought but it makes me crazy thinking about it because I cant decide...
if it was my dime I would get the f's powder coated/your color choice/ then order just the rears..
Pics forthcoming
just waiting on the rears then she goes infor a week..damn turbo's are already at the shop
Design:
1. G35 side looks too tall and wide - one of only a few problem I have with the G from design persective.
Solution - Impul side skirt with curved reflection makes the car look more sleek and lower. (Infiniti did the same on the FX45, new G35 and G37 Coupe) I've wanted this done since before I bought the car. Similar problem is observed from the G35 rear bumper, the addition of the factoy spoiler addresses the height problem.
2. Headlight design is slick, xenon is placed high above to improve visibility. However at night the tall headlights make the car look very tall.
Solution: LED accent lights on lower front bumper. 'ground clearance lights' makes the car look much lower and more aggressive at night.
3. Wheels look too narrow. With its wide arched fenders, the G35 Coupe tires seem too small to fill the wheel gap. The gap also makes the vehicle appear too tall.
Solution: Without going aftermarket and slamming the car like any good old import modder would do - Wheel spacers would do the trick. 15mm front 20mm back is enough to make the wheel gap dissapear without lowering the car or buying some aftermarket wheel with big lips.
4. Lamps have too many different shades of orange. Xenon is white, turn signal is amber, clearance is yellowish and fog even more yellowish.
Solution: LED the clearance to match the 6000k Xenon and brighten up the fog to the original 4300k temperature.
Interior:
Center Console had no arm rest. (pre-04 model G35C)
Solution - easy fix, upgrade center console with one that has arm rest.
Stereo system has no MP3 capabiliy
Solution - Pac Input
Doors are very wide and don't have sufficient lighting for visibility when exiting the vehicle on the side of the road.
Solution - add LED red lights to the door red reflectors.
Bose Bass sucks in the Coupe because the largest speaker is only 6"X9"
Solution - add compact 12" sub that only takes up 0.8 cubic ft of space in the trunk.
No Bluetooth in the G35C
Solution - hook up cellphone to PAC.
Performance
Car understeers way too much in tight courses and mountain roads.
Solution: Sway bars, stiffen front 30% rear 80% Shift balance to neutral.
High rpm revving makes the car chokes and feels like the engine will blow up.
Solution: K&N, Z-Tube, Motordyne Spacer, Borla Exhaust.......... and the engine still sounds like it will implode after 6000rpm. I guess the VQ35DE is not a very high revving friendly engine.
......... and so on and so forth.

Im addicted to grip and oversteer at the limit. That is why i mod my car. As far as the minor bolt on that i have is to make the car this much faster. I do canyon runs and have done a track day and it was the most rewarding feeling seeing how my car did against more powerful and two times more expensive cars at the track. Im done with modding though, right now i am concentrating on maintenance.
