I'd stick with the stock bumper and get a rear diffuser, possibly NISMO..

Is that the co-worker chick's reflection in the first pic?

she got huge knockers....work out a deal.
(my advance apologies for being a huge pig)

But on a serious note, call the insurance comapines and the other party"s insurance company has to pay for everything, you do not even have to pay your deductibles. If the damage is <$1000 usually a police report does not need to be filed. Friendship aside, if the co-worker does not want to own up and pay for everything, then activate a claim against the other person's policy, get a police report and get your car fixed to how you like to have it. I dealt with a similar issue a few weeks ago and my out of pocket expense was $0.

I would leave the rear bumper stock as well. Looks like the rear quarter panel had more damage than the bumper. Good luck with the repairs. Like others have said, you shouldn't need to pay for the damages. Next time, don't park anywhere near your co-worker. I would rather park farther away in a more secluded area with less traffic.

OP should contact her own insurance company and have them go after the other person's regardless. No need to do her any "favors" by not reporting it. It's going to be hassle enough to wait for the car while it's being fixed let alone having to go after the other person for payment.

I'd stick with the stock until you get the other parts. What did she have to about her parking lot pimping?
