But on a serious note, call the insurance comapines and the other party"s insurance company has to pay for everything, you do not even have to pay your deductibles. If the damage is <$1000 usually a police report does not need to be filed. Friendship aside, if the co-worker does not want to own up and pay for everything, then activate a claim against the other person's policy, get a police report and get your car fixed to how you like to have it. I dealt with a similar issue a few weeks ago and my out of pocket expense was $0.

1st, thats not her in the pic...lol she didnt come near me for atleast an hour after the incident. in a nutshell, i basically told her off
her insurance is taking care of all expenses including a rental car.
I took my car today and I decided to just keep the bumper the same because it turns out that they are only going to paint the bumper, it doesnt have to be replaced. But on the upside, they are going to give me the $ for a small scratch that I have on my wheel. I'll probably just keep the $ and leave the wheel the same, its really not that bad.

To the OP, the damage isn't too bad, but I've figured out that it's probably the same price or cheaper to buy a new stock bumper (only $250) and paint it than it would be to fix and repaint your old bumper.
