Re: too late to debadge?

go ahead and take that crap off. I didnt heat mine but it would have helped. I just used dental floss and rubbed the sticky crap off. It looked clean afterwards, i waxed it and it was all smooth. However, in certain angles you could see shadows of the old emblem. No big deal... just had my local bodyshop buff it out real quick. It was no big deal.

Re: too late to debadge?

I had my I30 for about a year and a half, and decided to debadge it. It looks fine. http://images.cardomain.com/member_i...07_20_full.jpg

Re: too late to debadge?

you could always polish it and wax it after words and it would be fine then. i didnt have a problem with mine and i took mine off after 10 months of owning my coupe. good luck though
