I've replaced my window motors with the autozone ones. The autozone ones have a lifetime warranty, so at least you have that as backup. I've changed out two so far, and the autozone ones are still working 100%. For these window motors, I have no problems with going to autozone. If the OEM ones were so good, they wouldn't be failing on us. It's not hard to change the motors, BTW. The motors come from cardone, which remanufactures a bunch of worn out window motors.

If these are anything like 350z window motors, they can be fixed without replacing. I fixed it on my gf's window motor by taking the motor apart and cleaning out all the carbon build up that is inside. The reason it stops working intermittently is because the carbon prevents the motor from making solid electrical contact.
