Hey guys, I have decided that i am definetly going to purchase either the OEM lip or the Data Systems lip, i just cant decide which one i like more.

The oem lip is 315.00 with free 2 day shipping from everything G35, and the Data systems lip is 377.00 from japanparts.com

With paint, install and shipping, i am estimating the data systems will run me about $730.00 while the oem lip will run me about $400.00 installed.

Just looking for some friendly opinions. By the way, i have black 6mt and will also be installing a custom grill made by Ducatiguy, as soon as i can get in touch with him. So what do you guys think?

Any opinions at all??

 

In all honesty, it looks like you have enough pictures to help you decide what you like. Go with whatever you like and fits your budget. Our opinions wont help you much. Its a matter of personal preference. I like the oem lip, but not for any real reason. Just a personal preference in terms of the overall look with it on.

 

I know these pictures helped me decide... I just ordered the OEM Front Lip from everythingg35... That silver coupe with the lip is HOT!!!!!!

 

Does anyone know if clearance will be an issue with the Data Systems lip?

 

With the Data systems lip, you will have some clearance issues and approach angles since the lip sticks out further and hangs a little lower. I like how the data systems lip looks, but a couple things that moved me away from it was you would have to paint/prep and it's made of fiberglass.
