2003.5 5at - If I leave my car sitting for several days, the first time I start it as soon as the engine turns over I hear a grinding noise that lasts ~1second, then disappears. No other unusual symptoms.

It's been doing this for years, whenever the car has sat for 4-5days straight.

Any idea what causes this?
