i was watching videos on youtube and i saw a video with these amazing tail lights and i was wondering how i could get mine to look like them he said he tinted them..... but i have not seen any tints like this before

i doubt those are painted focus on the 25th 26th second, u can c red through the black.. if thats painted thats a weak job.. its most likely bats overlays check out his site.. they look exactly alike.
