E brake problem.

E brake problem.
Hey, I was wondering if anyone else has a problem with their E brake not engaging? Some times it works and goes in and pops out.. but some times it doesn't click and it just comes out like a spring is just pushing right back at your foot.

Who's had this problem before?

Mine Got Loose So I Had Infiniti Tighten It Up, Thats All.
