I'm looking at under $18000, and this is the best deal. Ive seen 03 coupes with 75k miles for 20,000, so $16,600 is really good.

How many miles do Gs last b4 having issues??
idk sounds good to me... +1 on having a Infiniti dealer check the VIN... so you have 3 days to decide if you like the car? If so once its shipped to you have a mechanic take a look at it for you...

good luck

Maybe someone in Florida could run over and check it out for him? I am sure someone lives by the dealership. Since you are 16 make sure there are pretty new brakes/rotors/tires because if not that will run you a few thousand.

Dude, no offense but if I'm 16 and I have about 18K.. I would look into a used (new model) Civic Si or something.

This car isn't a starter for teens unless you've got rich parents who will pay for maintenance and such.

That was my problem. I'm 20 I've got a decent paying job, ($20 per hour) So once I saved up enough for the G, I thought I was good to go. But I didn't realize how expensive all the parts were. I already had to replace the clutch and a few other small items, which cost almost $1,500, winter tires which was about $1200... and then theres $60 for gas every week or 2.

So the money that I thought was going to be mod money, turned out to be for all the maintenence. I'm actually considering trading it in for a 08 Civic Si

24k Miles and its a 05 LR G35 Coupe.
Got it for about 26k. 10 more then yours but i got it at a dealership
so i feel more secure then if i was buyin it off the streets.
just my input.

74k miles is pretty high. 03 or not.

Im really sorry, i forgot that Jackie Cooper had Infiniti.
I go by there almost everyday.

So my uncle says the G35 is very unstable. This true. He's convincing my dad into NOT looking at it.

Well, The G35 and an ACURA TL are my last choices.

Getting a better deal on the TL (2004 Tl. 60,000 mi., nice aftermarket wheels, very clean) for only $15,000 and have convinced him to sell for $13,795.

I can lower the price on the G35 to about $15,700, but more mileage.

Would the Acura be a safer, more reliable car?? is the G35 unstable??and/or dangerous for a first car??

G35 is my dream car ever since it came out. If i did get the TL, my dad said he'd buy me a G after one year.

What should I do now?? Get a TL and wait a year for a G?? or just get the G now???

lol, its cool.

TL would probably be a better first car IMO. I'm not sure what he means by 'unstable' but if its what I'm thinking then no, its not unstable. The G35 has great stability. Is it dangerous? If you do stupid **** which you probably will since you're 16 (no offense, we all did it) then yeah it could be, I've seen pics of Gs getting crumpled.

As much as I love the G, I'd probably say get the TL for now, wait till you graduate then get a used G37

Wrong wheel drive, you'll learn to hate the TL.
