Most OEM dealerships are this way, you need to go private party or to a specialty/private dealership to find manual transmissions. That goes for most cars.

Everyone wants a 6MT, and it's rare for any used 6MT to stay on our lot more than a week.

It only took me 2 weeks to find a 6MT coupe that I liked. There were plenty of black and silver 6MT on autotrader, but I wanted some other color with black leather. This is in Socal. Ended up with a 06 6MT Athens Blue with Nav and Ras. My first choice in color is IP, but can't get that with graphite leather after 04.
I moved my brakes and headlights over from my 03.
My advice is to look on autotrader. You don't have to get it from an Infiniti dealer, just make sure that it still has factory warranty, and that the carfax is clean.

Talking about used cars dude.... By specialty dealerships I meant something like "Moe's Imports" Vs. OEM dealerships like "Long Beach Infiniti"

There are no special circumstances involved in the way manual transmssion cars get into circulation for the most part(except for those vehicles that aren't made in manuals and someone fabbed up a manual tranny into it). Almost all dealerships will sell a car in a manual transmission version provided that the auto maker that they represent makes them in that configuration.... it's just that most dealerships keep more autos on hand because they are the higher demand vehicle amongst the general populous in this country. There are no special dealerships that only sell versions of a specific car in manuals... or at least not for Nissan/Infiniti or most of the other common brands of cars(Toyota/Lexus, VW, Honda, etc).
