Does anyone know how Ducatiguy goes about making the custom monochromanic front grill? Is this something that my local bodyshop could do for me or can i do it on my own? How much do you think a bodyshop would charge me? If anyone knows any info on this process please post it.

Thanks guys

When he originally did it, he posted how he did it. You'd have to search for it. But you will still need DG's skills to do this yourself, or else it will look like arts and crafts back in grade school.

I'm waiting for the delivery of the paint I ordered a few days ago. It's called "transparent black". I've been told that it will provide a smoked look to a chrome finish. I should receive it tomorrow so I'll keep updates as I go along. I'm starting with my emblems and may do the grill if I don't color match it to the car.

I was curious so I did the search for you.

Anyone want to photochop that for a twilight blue? hehe.

I don't think it'd look too nice on my TB, but I am very curious.

Thanks.
