The low beam is a D2R (03-05) or D2S (06-current), just depends on year model. The high beam/fog light is a 9003/H4 halogen. So if you wanted to change your high beam to HID you could do a bi-xenon conversion kit, but a lot of people on here say that it is overkill because it will blind other drivers.

Instead they suggest a halogen bulb such as a silverstar ultra. However, if you wanted to do it right, do quad projectors. You would have to retrofit or buy it, but IMO it is the only way to go. If I only had the money to afford it

Hope this helps

HID Conversion

I had the same problem and I opted for the conversion kit for my high/fog light with 6000k bulbs and I love it. I also have 8000K in the regular HID. Theses lights are bright but I love them and I changed it for that reason that I wanted bright lights. The silverstar is a bit brighter than the stock bulbs but they pretty much look the same so why waste money. I’ll take pics and post them so you can have a look.

You can find aftermarket H4 bulbs, (If your car is 03-05) with the reflector HID.
MTEC makes a Super White and a Cosmic blue......
I have had both in my car, and they match the stock HID fairly well. You will lose some output though. The high temp halogen bulbs still don't put out the light output of the stock bulb.

Here's a couple pics....(a little over exposed) of my MTEC Cosmic Blue blubs
