What suprised me is my 03 Eclipse GTS was slightly more expensive to cover. When I got my '06 G35c 6MT, they added some safety discount and somehow it ended up being cheaper. Same thing happened when I went from a Geo Metro to a Z24 Cavalier. They said that Metros get totaled too often so the ins on a Cavalier was cheaper.
570? probably for 6 month, thats like less than 50 bucks a month. Impossible here in Florida. I pay 94 a month which is less than 600 a 6 month, full coverage with AIG insurance.

I pay $285 per month with progressive for my 03 G and 98 Accord. Full coverage on both, both in my name and I'm not on mommy or daddy's plan. My GF and I are on the policy, both 21 and no tickets. She has 2 accidents.

Hey I work in auto insurance and the price between the 05 & 06 should be almost the same. Some companies give small discounts for newer vehicles but it shouldn't be that big of a difference. The one exception to this is in MA where they have High Theft charges that apply to specific vehicles all the way down to the color of vehicle. I would check a different insurance company. If you really want to stay with progressive, ask for a senior representative and show them the difference and make them explain why. You have a right to know exactly what you are being charged for. Good Luck.

~$117/Month State Farm. I'm 24 with a relatively clean record, one really bad accident about 7 years ago. Cheaper than the 02 Mustang GT I had before by about 11/month, confusing. The G is nicer, more expensive to repair, more power, etc.. but I guess it does have better safety features.

I'm currently using Geico comprehensive, $680 a year. 04 G35 coupe.

23 years old, clean driving record. It was by far the best I could find; everyone else was quoting me $2000+ per year for the same coverage.
