MY baby got egged!!!
so this morning when i woke up, i walked outside and notice my car was egged. after i washed it. i see chip marks near my rear window and was furious. a bunch of paint was chipped off from an egg. what should i do? take it to a body shop and repaint it? or jsut get touch up paint?
^^wow those two were no help, eh?
Try to post up a picture of it man, im sure some "experts" here can better advise u. Maybe u just think they are chips, but u nvr know... it might just buff right off.
Really sux man >_< good luck and post pics. Let's see what we're working with here.

If you can post a pic, people might better be able to make a suggested course of action.
I'd start off first by waxing the egged section(you said you already washed it).
If there are bad chips, you could try touch-up paint, but I've heard that most people have bad results using that stuff. Maybe you could try using the touch-up paint in an inconspicuous area down low on the car to clean up some chip down there and see if you like your results... and if you do, you could use it on the part that was egged.
If you touch up the egged area and it looks real bad, you haven't really lost anything since you mentioned thinking about getting it repainted anyways... and you could always still have it repainted, which will mean your failed touch-up job will be... as they say in Back to the Future.... "erased from existence".

Sorry to hear.... I got egged to a year ago outside a restaurant. Jacked & chipped my hood so bad, I had to get a new hood. I tried using touch up paint but that made it worse.
Good luck...

Not to be the bearer of bad news, but I know of two friends with G's that been egged. Bottom line...our paint is weak sauce.
Both I know, paint was chipped and paint messed up. Buffing/waxing did nothing and both had to get those sections repainted. Chipped paint is chipped paint, it's done.
Call LE just to get report number, then call insurance, then get estimates.
G/L and sorry to hear this happened.

my car got egged earlier this year and it scratched and nicked my driver side panel a tad bit. and this morning i i cleaned up toilet paper off my front lawn. HIGHSCHOOL FTW AMIRITE? .....
Take some pictures of it first so you have some "evidence" if anything is damaged. Then wash the car and make sure there aren't any dents or paint chips. If there are paint chips or dents take some pictures of them and put them on file somewhere. Print out some copies as well. Then if there is any damage call your insurance company/police and see what they have to say.
