How to install Greddy front bumper better

I have the Greddy front bumper as many of you may know and it only is attached by 4 bolts and 6 plastic snaps. It just dosent seem to be fitting properly-specifically right underneatht the headlights. Anybody have advice on how to properly mount the bumper so that it fits better?

If theres a gap between the bumper and the bottom of the headlight, then loosen the headlight and move it down a little bit and tighten it back up.

not only that but the bumper just isnt sturdy at all. like i can lift it and drop it like an inch with my hand easily.
shouldnt there be more than 4 bolts and snaps holding it on?

(its fiberglass if that matters)

Ya I hear you on that but unfortunatly it is fiberglass and its being stressed at the fender mounts which will eventually crack due to no support in the front.
