So I might be getting the NRG or Tein Hood damper...but since I might also be getting Seibon OEM style CF hood...but I dont know if the Hood damper is still gonna be compatiable with the Seibon ...thanksssss

The latest version of dampers from NRG are lower pressure so they will work on oem hoods or CF hoods. I have already installed a few on Seibon hoods with no problems at all.
