Re: SAFC-II
I have mine in the upper dash cubby IMO the best place for keeping your eyes on the road and the AFC at the same time. Looks great there too. Unfortunately I havent been able to post tpics, so send me your email address if you want to see it. Maybe someone else can post it for me.

Re: SAFC-II
ok, it does a few things....but it definately does not increase gas mileage, it prob takes away, but minimal if that.
1) hooks directly into your ECU in order to give you readings on:
a) Knock, our cars don't really need this
b) revs
c)battery voltage
d)throttle
e)Airflow into engine
2) You must have it tuned in order for it to not screw your car up, but you check to see how well the "tuning of the car" is with all your modifications( this would not be beneficial without an increase of airflow through mods like - intake, exhaust, header, plenum, etc.)
3) You can correct the amount of airflow in the engine depending on the dyno readings or through other various software
4) With the more mods on the car, the better the AFC will work and the more horsepower it will give you.
I hope that made sense.

Install depends on where, but usually no more than an hour to install, mine took forever becuase of where it is.
