Hey guys, I got a keychain stuck BEHIND the cup holder in the front of the G35. You know how the lid thing comes down? Behind there, and now it doesn't shut. I've been stuck putting my drinks in the back and its really bothering me. How can I go about getting it out?

Also, what's the best/more common Exhaust for G35 that doesn't sound like a damn Honda?

Lastly, anyone know any good paint shops who can fix the key marks in my car? Located in Socal, 92336. Looking for something within 30mins and nice deal.

 

Have you tried removing the inner cup holder and seeing if you can access the jammed keychain? IMO...I'd break the keychain apart before dismantling the center console.

Honda's sound like our coupes? I've owned three Accords ('89, '96 & '00) and neither of them came close to the resignating sound our coupes give off. Without going aftermarket, you could try a z-tube for added noise.

How deep are the key marks? Does it seem light enough where a detailer could buff them out?

 

The inner cup holder could be removed? I never knew that, it's behind it, I'll go try that right now.

As for the other 2, i'll get back on them.

Not really so much accords, but uhm, the little CRX's and Hatchie's we got over herein SoCaL are sounding like broke down lawnmower rice rockets.

 

^^^^werd^^^^ i see them lil shytz here in daygo every damn day as far as the exhaust nothing not one brand that i have heard come close to sounding like a civic...so im sure you can pull any exhaust off the shelf and it wont sound like a civic

 

You can remove the center console by unscrewing two screws in the back, remove your transmission finisher, and remove two more screws in the front.
