highly modded? seriously? its $180 in springs, a tint job, and wheels. a can of black spraypaint and 20 minutes of healights in the oven. everything here, except for the wheels costs $500 bucks and a saturday afternoon.

last post on the subject. like i said before, the g35 is a great car, i've had one myself. subjectively, those who like the g35...more power to you. however, it seems weak that you cant just live with having a great car and not bash its successor. its funny how all the complaints disappear, i.e. "the g35 is slow", "the cabin rattles everywhere", "i've been in for the third time on the oil consumption issue.". etc. i'm no fanboy of either car, but i'm much more pleased with my 37 than i was with my 35. that's it, nothing more nothing less...i don't take anything away from what a great car the g35 was. it did literally save infiniti from possibly going under.

Nobody is really saying that the G35 is a better overall car than the G37. I think the majority of us are just saying we think that the g35 looks better than the G37 on the outside.

Personally, I think the G35 looks a lot better than the G37 on the exterior.

On the other hand, I think the G37 has a lot nicer interior though, and it has more amenities as well as more power and supposedly better fuel economy. I've never driven one, so I can't comment on the performance aspect of it other than what I've read about it or seen in videos.

Speedracerg35 -- Don't get your panties in such a bunch. I know your kicking yourself for getting rid of your G35 but please...

Long and short... G37 is not a bad car, the interior is very nice but I definitely think that Infiniti took a wrong turn with the styling. G35 definitely has a stonger stance. I would however recommend the G37 to my grandmother or possibly my mother.

I'll go on record to say both G35 & G37 look weak stock.

That is because I'm used to my enhanced G35 with rims and gialla grill looking Epic Awesome.....a stock G35 just doesn't compare well to it....neither does a stock G37.

A G37 is a very nice car....I drove a G37 Coupe and liked the refinements that have been made over the G35 on the inside.

On the outside, I happen to like the G35 better than the G37....but they both look weak stock.

But, put rims on the G37 and a gialla grill.....that would be a nice looking car!...just like the pic of the black G37 proves.

(would I trade my enhanced G35 for an enhanced g37?....no )

Like em or not, they're popping up like crazy everywhere! Especially in my neighborhood. On my street alone there has been 3 g35's for a while, now there's 3 G37's too, all OB. Personally I'm a fan of the G35 over the G37. But sometimes from different angles, I have to admit, there's something in the G37 I do like.

I looked at the G37. For the money I think I'd go the BMW route. The exterior body lines just doesn't have the excitment of the G35. I love the Interior but its not enough to make up for the exterior. From my test drive may be a little more "raw" but that makes it more fun. Plus I paid about 15k less for my '06 with 13k miles on it than I would have for a G37.

The company where I work is raffling off a new G37 that was donated by Continental and I was telling my wife that I really don't know which one I would keep..my coupe or the G37. It would be tempting to have the newer car but I'm pretty sure it's an auto and I'm still in love with rowing my own gears.

Similarly, I've never cared for the weaker looking 03-05 bumper, I always wanted to up it to an 06+ bumper or the NISMO bumper...that is, until I got my JDM HID fogs. They make such a difference in the front end's styling. Definitely a more purposeful visage now.
Where did you get those fog lights and how much were they? I like them.
