Research, Research, Research.

Remember, the 6MT's for 05, 06, and the first half of 07 are prone to oil consumption. This is not saying that they all have it but keep an eye out on it. This however would not be enough to make me buy an automatic though. Go for the 06 6MT and make sure there is plenty of warranty left on it. Keep an eye on the oil level and you will love the car. I bought my 06 6MT w/ 12k on it and just had the engine replaced for OC about a month ago. New engine is looking strong and showing no signs of OC issues. Luckily I didn't have many issues with my dealership and the swap was fairly painless.

There are subtle differences in the 05 and 06, most noticible would be the deck lid spoiler. The 05 is bigger. 06 also has optional Bluetooth, Rear Active Steer, and a few other goodies (padded arm rests on the door I think were only available in 06).

Check service records on the oil problems... i highly doubt a G with 20k+ miles will have any burning oil issues... G/L

6 spd. hands down. Bought mine last year and I used to hardly drive it. Mostly drive my 2K Max but, man driving that 6 spd. on my days off is just a blast. Got it up to 10K and wish I had more days off to spend driving it. Autos are great work mules but, again, 6 spd. Gs just are even more fun to mod. Good luck with your choice. Post pics when you get it.
