CCFL and DDE Difference?

Ive been looking at HALO headlights on ebay recently and i noticed CCFL and DDE at the end of the different headlight packages, what does this mean/whats the difference? Thanks for yalls help.

CCFL is a cold cathode florescent light, it requires an inverter and powered with high voltage AC. they're used for LCD backlights . . I don't know if that's standard or not.
