Lately when I brake hard from a fast speed my VCD, Slip, and Parking Brake lights go on. What does this mean?

 

Skidding the tires? That could explain the VDC and slip lights... On my older car if you accelerated hard or braked hard and the parking brake light came on it would mean that you are low on brake fluid and that you would have to go buy some more and top it off.

 

Have you checked your brake fluid?

This happened to me when I had to brake hard over very uneven pavement. It probably splashed the fluid around to the point that the sensor thought it was low. I had 1/3 of the way above the low line and this still happened.

 

when the vdc, slip, and abs come on that means ur breaks are low and need to be changed... do they squeak and do u have brembos?

also if your brake fluid is low...odds are you're near due for a brake pad change (and/or rotors)

 

No brembo's but they squeak like mad.
