talking about apples and oranges then you bring up a street bike. I dont know how an s2000 could compare to a gixxer or any sportbike. splitting lanes in a s2000 would be pretty fun I guess.

no car can ever come close to being a sportbike. s2000 couldn't even keep up with a late model 600cc + streetbike.

ok so forget about comparing the g35 to the s2000. one is a honda and one is a nissan [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]. why compare the g35 to a bmw 3 series. One's german and ones japanese.

Well comparing just about any car to a competent street bike is ridiculous. Zeebra was not directly comparing a street bike head to head to the S2000.....he was just giving an idea of what the S2000 is like.....I mean the car does sound eerily like a sportbike when rev'd. A better comparison to the S2000 are other convertibles such as the Z3/Z4, base Boxster, etc. They have much more in common.

I guess comparing the G35 to other cars is inevitable.....but I still think it's strange comparing our Coupe to the S2000. Just my opinion of course.

... and that is my intentions. The next s2000 on the road I will try and battle.

 

If anyone is in so cali, anaheim hills area...theres a crazy *** with a silver s2k that loves racing g35 coupes. He always picks on me because i am uncomfortable driving over 110 mph... but thats just me

 

A comparison of the S2000 to the upcoming 350Z convertible (also 2 seats) would seem more appropriate.
