revmatch to 2nd delay?
revmatch to 2nd delay?
On my drive home from work yesterday, I decided to drive "spiritedly." I was keeping my rpms up at around 5k+. When I approached a right turn, I was in 4th, revmatched down to 3rd, and then continued down to 2nd. The problem is that during my downshift to 2nd, there seemed to be a delay when I was blipping the throttle. (I was going about 40-45 mph when I did this) Any comments are welcome.

Re: revmatch to 2nd delay?
Probably due to drive-by-wire. Electronically-measures accelerator is more tailored towards auto cars. In any case, I have not noticed any significant delay when blipping down to 2nd, even in the high rpm's, but I'll be on the lookout.
