this post should probably be in the detailing forum but it doesnt seem as lively as this one so i figured i may be able to get better answers here.
i'm gonna be getting a black coupe in the next month or so and wanted to know what the best products are for keeping the whole thing looking clean. from the tires and wheels to the black paint to the interior. it'd be greatly appreciated if you guys could throw me some hints of whats been found to do the best job, especially on black.
thanks a lot..

yeah, even though the detailing forum isn't as active, there aren't as many posts, so it should be relatively easy to find threads on cleaning products. and the subject headings match what is being discussed in the thread. there are actually 3-4 posts describing how to clean and take care of a black G, specifically. good luck.

Complete zaino kit (leather cleaner added and one additional car wash bottle) and aerospace 303. A little black magic can't hurt either...

Try to wash your car (or have it washed) once every 1-2 weeks. When it is washed, just use any car soap that doesn't strip wax and make sure the whole car is washed, including the wheels and the tire sidewalls. Once every 3 months, wax your car and clean the interior. Use a leather cleaner & conditioner on your leather, and wipe down the dash and the rest of the interior with a damp towel. Also make sure to vaccuum your carpets once in a while when they get dirty.
That's the most basic way to take care of your car...most people don't even do this, but you really should do it if you love your car. =)

I was at my cousins detail shop and I saw him using a wax called "Flash" It was the best shine that I think I've seen. I am going to invest in a bottle.
