Which CAI ...
Which CAI ...
I want to install a CAI in my coupe and I'm confused of which one to choose. Somebody recommend me AEM or Injen but someone also told me to take Nismo. Well, Nismo is a bit more expensive than both of them but they said that Nismo parts are very good racing parts. So can anyone recommend which one?
And also, to install a popcharger and the Z tube, do we have to install the Intake first?
Thx.

Re: Which CAI ...
I have the Nismo CAI on mine and it sounds great when you get to the higher rpms (4000+). I like it because it has the water bypass valve also. I have heard a lot of people like the Injen intake and get the Injen exhaust and are very pleased. I have the Nismo intake and Borla exhaust.
Re: Which CAI ...
Keep in mind that there is surprisingly little good data on exactly what any CAIs do as far as power gains for the G. The only reliable and proven benefit I have seen (actually heard) is the sound. The Nismo sounds great, is virtually identical to the Injen, and has the added security of a built-in bypass valve to prevent H-lock.
