I know 8000K is less lumination than stock, but its not that bad as you think. Maybe some of you need glasses at night. I had tried 8000K and 10000K both are almost the same, I guess drifferent brand use dif. type of gas for their HID bulbs. Since upgrade to the 06, I just leave those OEM bulbs alone and use the extra set from my 04 for 6000K fog lights. Good upgrade to you bro, just need to adjust those head lights a little because I believe you bought them off from the recall version.
who cares about the guys lights, are they yours? No, does his lighting decision have an impact on your daily life? No, so move on. this thread isnt about his headlight bulb choice, but rather the projectors he installed. either way they look better than 04's and coming from a person who went from 8000k, to 6000k to now to stock 04' reflectors, there is a difference but its not worlds of difference between being able to see at night. the only thing i had quams with my 8000k kit was seeing in the rain, but some yellow fogs took care of that.
whats up with the haters, your car is clean bro...they just mad cause they didnt show what they did....much props and besides u can always change ur bulbs.....i got 8500k on my other car and its a blast especially when ur boosting i see clearly anyhow
And don't worry bout the haters...triple8sol hates on anything that is not what's cool (ie authentic body kits, $4k+ wheels, blah blah
)from my observations on being here. the lights look good, and they don't light up any less than 15 year old cars, so w/e, they don't have a prob driving at night
