Scratched interior plastic...help please!

I just got my car back from the bodyshop and there was a dull film all over the inside of the car. I was able to clean it off most everything.

When it came to cleaning the plastic on the display of the temp/compass read out and the display on the stereo, I couldn't get it off. Windex and Simple Green did nothing. I mistakenly tried a light rubbing compound and probably did more harm then good. Now I have one deeper scratch and still have the film.

Any sugestions on how to get this stuff out, maybe a lighter pollish. If you have a suggestion please give the name of the product and where I can buy it.

Thanks in advance.

Is it me or do the people selling used coupes on the site not realize you can buy a new one for less??

maybe some Meguiars Scratch X?

That stuff is pretty mild, and helped me unhaze some of the rubbing compound damage my father did to his car.
