Looking at getting a G35 in the next few weeks. I tried searching, but came up empty handed. Plus I didn't know how to phrase the search. What are the differences in years with the G35??? What is the choice year?? Looking for a 06 or older. Thanks in advance for some guidance.DOMO

 

yea the 03' and 04' are practically the same (interior and bodystyle)

the 05's interior i think is completly different if i am not mistaken and has a different rear spoiler.

the 06's are real nice. They are with the projector head lamps wich look really good so if i were you an 06' would be perfect

 

05 interior is set up the same, just uses real aluminum for center stack trim. 05-07 engines are rev up and some had oil consumption issues.
06-07 use projector headlamps, smaller rear spoiler, different sport front bumper, different tail lamps,bluetooth capable, (brembo brakes not available 05 and up)

 

SHIFT *****- SPEDOMETERS, , you know what , there are too many to list, but ya , 03-04 are the same , but after that , they get really differnt

 

06 and up has a revup motor. diff rims for sport model too

 

06 and up and you are golden with the best options imo

updated interior in 05+ = newer gauge cluster (brighter, RPMs now on left and Speedometer now on right) and dash positions (clock)

updated package in 05+ = premium package now comes with OEM 19" rims

updated engine in 05+ = rev-up motor with 18+ more hp and redline increased to 7k

updated suspension in 05+ = stiffer sport suspension (premium package only),

updated exterior in 06+ = headlights (projectors, no more clearance strip),front turn signals are now clear instead of amber and now only come on when signaled (in previous models they would remain on if your headlights were on), tail lights (rectangle reverse lights and indented tail lights), spoiler(smaller more classy), side skirts (more aggressive), front bumper (more aggressive),

updated interior in 06+ = seat position memory (3 individual settings), seat belt holders, bluetooth option for stock bose radio (premium package only)

updated suspension in 06+ = RAS or Rear Active Steering (optional only)


updated keyfob/key/alarm in 06+ = (Automatic only) intelligent keyfob with door handle button alarm activation/deactivation and keyless start

I really only know the visuals more then preformace differences =P

03-04 only ones that come with the brembo brakes
05 Updated Speedometer + seats?

06- Lip Spoiler + New style Stock wheels on some.
07 - same as 06 just newer i beleive.

05 gave different interior and the dash is a little different the speedometer and tach are reversed compared to 03/04.
05 Rev-Up motor(298HP and 7k Redline compared to 03/04 6600 redline)
05 no more Brembos dual piston front brakes and single piston rear.
05 sport suspension i believe is a little stiffer spring rate than 03/04

06 integrated lip on front aero bumper and the cutouts are a little different.
06 memory seats/bluetooth and the seatbelt holder is a little different.
06 projector headlights and tail lights have a rectangle reverse light instead of round and different rear spoiler
06 RAS(Rear Active Steering) offered as a option
