It all depends on the track!
Back in February I went to a track in Commerce, Ga. and best run was 14.39, can't remember the mph, and the next weekend went to Reynolds, Ga. and ran a best 14.033 @ 99.74 mph with the exact same setup (on drag tires).

btw, RugRatCoupe ran a 13.86 in Reynolds on street tires.

I have ran a best of 14.06 with an injen intake and borla exhaust. I should definitely be in the high 13s next time i go. this car is very tricky to launch, but i have the hang of it now. I have a 6spd, and have tried every launch possible. You must launch 1200-1400rpm. there is a guy in this forum with an auto g with only an intake and exhaust, and he runs high 13s, low 14s. saw it with my own eyes. dont really know how thats possible though. he may have a "freak" from the factory.

 

Where the heck do you guys live? Everyone is hitting the high 13's, but NO professional driver for ANY MAG has... There must be more Nitrous-type agents in the air there [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img].

Then what is the BS factor that I can multiply my time by (like I see people in California doing to compensate for elevation above sea level?) How about 0.963? That woud make my 14.5xx more like 13.9XX, is that what I'm doing wrong?

You cannot compare times with others across the country. Unless your racing at the same track on the same day too many variables. Driver and weather(elevation) will be the biggest factors, just have fun. There's always someone who will be faster don't get hung up on numbers.
