Question 2003 coupe pulley/belt trouble (I believe)

So I have some mods.

Injen CAI
Motordyne spacer
UR pulley set
Fast Intentions exhaust (stock cats)

The problem I am experiencing is this: Upon starting the engine will rev up when I apply the ignition, then fall down towards idle, but at this point the engine seems to go too low and it struggles for a second but then comes alive.

I know that ^^^^ above is a horrible description. sry

AND ALSO

When I am sitting at lights and at stops my car will start to have a rattle that I am almost positive is from under the hood. It is sort of a low knocking sound...could be the pulleys...

Should I reinstall/check/align my pulleys? Is there a DIY?

Does anyone know the belt sizes for that fit the UR pulley set?

THANKS ALL

my g idles @ like 600 RPM with no accessories on, it shakes a little bit, and if you go to the back of the car and listen to the exhaust you can hear it backfire a little, but a lot of people on here have the same thing

i think it's normal because if it was knocking or misfiring, the CEL would come on
