That really sucks man. I remember reading the thread about the acorn and thinking you had bad luck then!

Let me make you feel better about your situation or at least empathize. On my daily commute to my old job between Fort Lauderdale and Miami on 95S.

1. Two sections of 8' industrial aluminum A/C ducting in the middle of 4 lane highway. I see it, move over two lanes to avoid it only to have an 18 wheeler run over it and kick it directly in my lane. Damage, two front tires, one OEM rim, front bumper and lip, inner fender well, side marker light and one headlight. Paint bumper and hood. Car in shop for 3+ weeks.

2. Car out of shop for 2 days and looks good as new.I'm on the same commute, a bimini top from a trailored boat flies off the boat and lands on the front bumper and hood. Bumper replaced again and hood resprayed.

3. Car out of the shop for one week and back on the same commute when a school bus in the adjacent lane runs over and kicks up an old rusted out muffler and it lands where? Yup on the hood again.

So I feel for ya.
