Hey guys and ladies,

I am new to this site and have now made the switch from a BMW to an Infiniti. I just bought a 06 Coupe. I want to debadge it first and take the emblem off the front grill. Anyone know how to do the front grill?

welcome to driver

if u want to debage ure rear infiniti emblems get some dental floss and put it under the emblem and it should come off then use GooGone to get rid of the excess glue left from the emblems

if u want to take off the front grill theres 4 black clips on top of the grill..take those off then theres like clips on the bottom ..u must u some force to take the grille out but be careful

Welcome to Driver

The grille debadge is kinda tough, you probably need a shop to do it for you. If you take out the emblem, there's a big hole that needs to be filled. ShanesG has done it, PM him and he'll help you out.

I started my BMW kick with an E46 3 series, did the whole Dinan thing, intake, headers, exhaust, chip, coilovers and a supercharger. Then I went beyond and did a 175 shot of nos. Blew the motor, traded it in for an E39 540. Did some work to it, then a 17 yr old kid ran a stop sign and I t-boned into him, totaling it out. So from there I got another E39, but a 530. Did nothing in the way of performance but had about $9000 in audio/video. Got tired of it and traded it for the G. I love the G. And I soon want to begin with the mods for it...Any ideas or opinions?

cool deal, i'm new to, and i'm looking to swtich from an e46 m3 to g35 bc i want something not as rediculous and lower mileage and more reliable without sacrificing too much power. I like the look of the g35 just as much as the m3, what bmw did you switch from? and how you liking the g vs a bmw?

From the BMW, I love the new G. The only thing I am wanting to change is the ride height. The BMW was a little lower, but that is an easy fix. BMWs are just so expensive to fix and work on, I am so glad to finally not have one. Even though I love their style. I definately rec. the switch, I even had an E46 M3 pull up to me the other night and compliment me on my car. Good luck.
