No offense but your mom is stupid and is a downer. She reminds me of my parents...they just take **** from anyone and always just think it's their problem now haha.

There is NO WAY you should walk away from this without being on top. You are right in every possible way.

So I called them about 11am est.
And the service manager told me that they sent the car to there other dealer, which apparently has a bigger garage and more qualified techs.

Anyone else think these guys have no idea at all what's going on, or what they should do?

=/

Did you read what you just wrote? "No offense but your mom is stupid..." YOU'RE stupid for insulting someone's mother and having the nerve to say "no offense". YOU probably need to see therapy about YOUR parental issue.

Nah thats a good thing. It means they have taken responsibility. They officially have it in their garage now.

Well, Just got off the phone with 3 different people over at Carbiz.
I called to see if they would just do a buy back or trade me cars or whatever.
Since they just cant seem to find a problem...

And no, ofcourse they won't, so now im pretty much out of options.

Looks like i'll be paying out of pocket 9grand at 17.

Anyone have a nice G35 motor laying around they wouldnt mind selling cheap?

hehe

No. Don't fall for that ****. Tell that them that there is a problem, and even if they can't find it, the car is ****ed up. And respectfully, your Mom is wrong. There is no way this can be your fault, it is now your job to do every little trick to get your money back or a new car.

Um NOOOOOOOOO!!! no sir. You're not going out like THAT. What you will now do is go to a DIFFERENT infiniti dealer and get a diagnostic. Hopefully they tell you the same thing the first infiniti dealer did. If they do, you take that back to them (Carbiz). If they act the same, file a civil suit. You dont even need a lawyor, just the $40 it cost to file the paperwork. NOW, all these printouts that you have is your EVIDENCE. There's no way they can win. (Hopefully you are getting something in writing from the Dealer (Carbiz). If they are saying it's nothing wrong, tell them to put it in writing). TRUST ME!!! you will win. You will either win 1 of 3 ways.

1: They dont want to go the court route and will cooperate
2: They will come to court and lose (because you have it all documented)
3: They wont show and you will win by default

Go for it sir!

Just a post for support, as I'm sure you need it about now. Don't buy that "we can't find a problem" BS. You have to print out from infinti and there is no denying that. If they want to just give you the car back I would politely (as hard as that may be) suggest to them that your going to give this info to your lawyer then and take it to the next level. Remember thier expecting you to back down. Hell, it really wouldn't be that big of a deal for them to give you a trade as I'm sure they'll just sell it to someone else. Don't be to hard on your mother either, she's just from a different era when people were actualy expected to take responsiblity for thier business. Nowdays thought that means fighting for you deserve unfortunately.

P.S. WyldFyer ^^^^^^ has got it right. It may be a pain in the *** and take up a lot of your time but it's better than letting someone beat you 25 grand. Be strong man you got this.
