Just get the KPTechnologies mirror tilt module... I've had mine for a long time now, and it works great. As far as mirrors that fold in when parked, in Japan the only option offered by Nissan is for the RHD model, and it's only for the drivers side (passenger side here), not both mirrors. So that part doesn't really help here since you want our drivers side mirror to fold, the mirror that faces the street when parked by a curb.

KP technologies has a module that will do that for you. THey are a sponsor on here.

They really must get all the goddies in Japan, My 06 350gt's mirrors fold when I lock the car and open out again when I turn the key in the ignition. They also tilt down for parking and this can be switched on and off.
