Illusion Lip Sport bumper

Hey guys, I just purchased the illusion lip thats made from klumzee and I was wondering.....

How many screws am I suppose to use to secure it on my bumper? Ive read from other threads stating the owner only used 2 screws and some said they used 2 screws underneath and and 2 on the sides??????

Exactly how many am I suppose to use and where?

Sorry but I am relatively new to the aero crowd.

I would use at least 4 underneath and none on the sides... Why put screws on the sides where you will see them?

Just use 3M tape on the sides and bottom along with the 4 screws on the bottom, that should secure it pretty good.

I personally would use bolts / nuts / lockwashers instead of screws however for more security.

Hello..

Two screws on the bottom.. the two should use FACTORY MOUNTING POINTS and you can use factory screws so no additional hardware is needed.. please be sure to install the lip with doublesided tape and use a liquid sealant all the way around for safety. Lastly it is optional but does help is to put two more into the wheel well.. if you find that the screw is noticeable simply touch it up with your factory touchup paint or buy black screws

any questions feel free to call me at 626-636-6678

Where can I get this liquid sealant? And do I just apply it on top of the lip where the double sided tape is at?

Would it make it look like lip and bumper is one molded piece?

right here.... but I currently found out that the ones they make now have a 1/4th inch off fitment on each side....

But if you find someone that had bought the earlier lips that were produced when they first made it... it would have 100% fitment.
