I use edmonds rather KBB when valuing to purchase, they are more inline...

Here is a link to what I found : http://www.edmunds.com/used/2005/inf...tion=vdpresult

The price seems fair and it looks really clean as well... Make sure to check it out in the sun and look for any body waves, paint differences, check bottom (cushion) of the seats for wear where the seatback meets the cushion...

Looks like a nice car tho, you could have gotten em down to about 20K IMO most likely as most car dealers are having a hard time selling cars at the moment... If you dont need financing and are going in with cash I would try to negotiate the deal just a little to get some sugar... Dealers can not get banks to buy loans right now so the ball is totally in your court!

It is at a Porsche / Audi dealer so chances are it was kept up by the owner pretty good. See if you can find out how many days it has been on the lot.. Have them show you the paperwork which states the days on it... The longer a car has been sitting the more they want to sell and will negotiate with you. Don't just ask them tho as they will lie, actually look at the paperwork.

Make sure they took it in as a trade and they did not buy at an auction, they have no idea what auction cars have been through and could have problems. Run a carfax and find out what dealership it was maintained at... Get the VIN and visit that dealership and have a service writer print you out the vehicle history report just to make sure it is in good shape.

Seems like a lot to do but I used to work at a dealership and I am very cautious about buying from a dealer...

Good Luck!!!! You will love her!!

thanks, yeah maybe i rushed it a lil.. at first they wasnt gonna move from 22,900 they told me that 2 people are intersted and have an appointment the next day (duno if it was a lie or not) but i told them i was gonna pay in cash and told him that ill take it for 21, he told me 21 is a hard one and said he can do it for 21,500 so i took it up lol... ill check up on it the next visit and yes it was a trade in, it was a one owner car, i didnt look at it under the sun yet but it seems very very clean when i went and check it out, i got to double checkthough xD.
