you're using both of your feet.
left foot on the brakes firm.
right foot on the gas and maintaining it on 3-4k rpm
green light goes, you get go of the brakes and floor the gas and take off in either drive or manual mode.

AT Launch Technique:
I take no credit for this.
- put your car in neutral
- press brake pedal, do not release
- rev to ~5k rpm - you'll feel the brake pedal sink a little
- release gas pedal
- put it in drive (or manumatic)
- without releasing the brakes, rev to ~2-2.5k rpm
- release brakes and punch gas at the same time

- release gas pedal
- put it in drive (or manumatic)
- without releasing the brakes, rev to ~2-2.5k rpm
