Problem with launching 5AT

question..
so do yu do this for EVERY SINGLE launch?
1.) put your car in neutral
2.) press brake pedal, do not release
3.) rev to ~5k rpm - you'll feel the brake pedal sink a little
4.) release gas pedal
5.) put it in drive (or manumatic)
6.) without releasing the brakes, rev to ~2-2.5k rpm
7.) release brakes and punch gas at the same time

tonight i launched it..the CORRECT way..ALOT of tail spin..
i did the same thing (accidentally) , i thought i was in manual shift and suddenly put in to n from d then manual shift 1 the car accelerated really quickly,but if u r doing this on purpose, u r really damaging your transmission, this is not a manual car.its an AT
