i havent driven my g in a while and this is what i noticed. is this suppose to be normal?

when im slowing down to a complete stop, while i apply the brakes, i can hear a lot of road, ie the brakes? not sure if its normal.

also, my 3rd brake light, doesnt seem to be as bright as it's suppose to. anyone know whats up? or how i can replace it? there's also an LED that went out.

 

The only thing that is uncommon is that LED going out.....i have never seen a G35 with a LED out.....noit even the early 03s....that amazes me.....

 

its only in the 3rd brake light. (the one in the cabin) its also really dim, it's not at par with the tail lights.

 

how many miles on your tires? the loud noise may be due to tire feathering...very common problem in the coupe

 

if u have brembos then u will have the noises.

Also I noticed my seatbelt clip in my 05 at the top (pressing against the seat) is making noises especially when I'm on a bumpy road. Anyone notice that???

 

U might have flat spots on ur tires if has been sitting for a long time and not driven.

 

the third brake light (high Mount) thats inside the car is dealer only, its 150 bucks, it comes as a complete unit with the shell. mine was bad when i baught my car but was covered under warranty,
