Please help. My car was side swiped very lightly by a green camry in a parking lot. The damage is minimal and I feel very lucky. I have a stripe of green paint from the camry on the drivers side door. If I can compound or pollish this off I should be all set.

Can someone please recommend a step by step plan to remove it. It would be helpful if you could name the products and where they can be purchased.

Thanks alot!

Is it me or do the people selling used coupes on the site not realize you can buy a new one for less??

Re: Traded Paint with a green Camry...Help!
It depends on how deep the other paint went. If it's just sitting on your clearcoat, then a clay bar, some soap and some effort should get it off. That worked for me for a little bit of someone else's paint that they decided to leave on my G. On the other hand, if it's a scratch of the protectant/paint, then someone else who's had experience with our car's finish can maybe provide some advice.
