Hey guys, yesterday I took my FX to get the rear brakes checked out. (They squealed in reverse) I took it in, the guy said I needed a new dash because it was bubbling. So I got that replaced, no charge.(warranty) I also took it in to check the battery out, because it sounds sometimes like she doesnt want to start. So they also replaced that, 80 something for that. He then goes on about I should get my 30k done. That was 704 bucks. I chose not too. I also received an oil change.
Anyway, I go to pick up car today, get it... first thing I do is check for dents, unknown scratches etc.. because my mom brought her truck into them before and they hit it and re-painted it without telling us. We noticed a couple days after. So all was good, I get in, and drop it in reverse, what do I hear? The squealing. I shut the car off get out and go back inside and talk to the guy. He proceeds to tell me they glazed the pads, and that I needed new front brakes..... Which was totally inaccurate with what I was telling him.. He then says the problem is hereditary in FX's...this I know. I'm on Infinitiscene..
I was aggravated, so I shook his hand and left.
I got them back though, beat the **** out of their G sedan.
But anyway, my point of making this thread was too put reviews in here of Infiniti of Cocunut Creek. Overall, service was fast and people were nice. As a kid in there, 2 people asked if I needed help... which I appreciated, we usually dont get respect. But work quality, not up to par.
