SO ... I dropped my car of this morning at Infiniti Of Coconut Creek, (south Fla) to get my suspension squeeking noise (compression rods?) taking care of and they give me a loaner car and I go to work.

Then, around noon, I am off to get some lunch with my coworkers and some a$$ cuts me off and yells at me and I yell back .. no big deal a couple of finger gestures etc ... continue on to lunch.

When I get back from lunch, there is a voicemail waiting for me from STEVE FISCHER at Infiniti Of Coconut Creek .. saying to "call him back urgently". So, I call him back and he says that someone called in and reported the loaner car (w/ License plate #) which I was driving as being abused and "doing doughnuts in the parking lot". He then says that his service manager instructed that I return the car immediately or they will REPORT THE CAR AS STOLEN!!!

I was shocked !!! ... First off, some C@ck Sucker calls in and makes up some BS story .. and then they actually believe it and want me to return the car and they are threatning me !!!! .. They are taking the side of some random caller vs. their own customer !!

So, I have to leave work and bring the car to them ... when I get there, I let loose on STEVE FISCHER ...
1.) The loaner car they gave me was filthy,
2.) They put their SH!TY license plate brackets on my car,
3.) They threathened a loyal infiniti customer with this BS.
4.) They never even started working on my car yet !!

I have only delt with Smithtown Infiniti on Long Island, NY before this and they were always very professional and courtious with me.

I need to find another dealer down here that I can trust ! Anyone deal with Sawgrass Infiniti ??

Wow. Did the service manager go inspect the car for rubber in the fender wells from doing donuts? I take it you have other options as far as dealerships go?

 

ROFLMAO!!!!! Guess you should not give the middle finger to just anyone? Especially when you are driving a well marked Infiniti loner car. The As* H0le saw the name of the dealer on the car and decided to take you to the wood shack. What an A-H0le!

 

I didn't meet the service manager .. only the no ***** Service Rep STEVE FISCHER who didn't even say a word back to me .. because, I think deep down they know they are wrong.

 

Make a complaint to Infinity customer service.

 

contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs...

 

contact the manager and tell him what an *** hole steve fischer is, and that if they don't make good on this some how you are going to be forced to file a complaint with the BBB and infiniti customer service

The funny thing too is apparently Infiniti Of Coconut Creek is the #1 Volume Infiniti Dealer in the US right now .. which allows be to believe a lot of members here will have to deal with their service dept. sooner or later.

 

I'd rather the stranger call Infiniti than pull a gun. There are too many crazy people out there....especially in South Florida

 

I go there.... I have never had to get a loaner though ....

I think the guy who cut you off took you for a ride, specially after a those finger gestures....and the loaner G35 clearly has big writtings on it.

I have never dealt with Sawgrass Infiniti ... there is another inifiniti in West palm (schumacher) if you wanna go that far (I presume you are in the Ft. Lauderdale area).

They can get it big trouble for talking to you like that. I reported one of the a$$hole service reps at the local BMW dealership and I had three people call me back within two days.

 

Make sure you post it in the regional forum. That'll get you the most local responses.

 

I got their loaners for about 4 times but there is no signs saying it is a loaner from the dealership though. So, there are signs on other loaners out there???

Well this loaner had HUGE letters on the front windshield saying "Infiniti Of Coconut Creek" .. and on the back windshield it had the Phone # !!
